We want every 4K Quebec customer to be satisfied. The following refund policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Eligibility
- You must have an active paid subscription with 4K Quebec.
- You must demonstrate a genuine technical issue we are unable to resolve.
- The request must come from the email or WhatsApp number used at purchase.
2. Time Limits
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of your initial subscription activation. Requests received after this window are reviewed case by case but are not guaranteed.
3. Refund Conditions
- We provide a free 24-hour trial on most plans. We strongly encourage testing the service before committing to a longer subscription.
- Refunds are not issued for issues caused by your internet connection, ISP throttling, unsupported hardware, or external apps unrelated to our service.
- Renewals are non-refundable since you have already experienced the service.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Service Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation simply stops auto-renewal — it does not retroactively refund the current period.
